APARTMENT RULES

RENTAL TERMS
  • Stays of less than 3 nights are not permitted.
  • Rental options are available for one or two weeks.
  • For stays between 15 and 30 days, a contribution to utility costs (electricity, gas, and heating) is required, equal to 50% of the invoiced amount.
  • For stays longer than 30 days, utility costs are fully charged to the guest. A €150 security deposit is required at check-in and will be used to settle the final utility balance at check-out. Meter readings will be taken and signed at both check-in and check-out.
CHECK IN
Upon arrival, guests are required to complete the check-in form, providing full and legible personal details for all occupants, both for the double and single rooms. It will also be necessary to provide the details of a valid identification document.

Signing the form implies:

  • Confirmation of the accuracy of the information provided
  • Acceptance of the privacy policy, with the option to deny consent for the use of personal data, in accordance with the right to be forgotten
  • Acknowledgement of the inventory of items available in the apartment (in case of damage or missing items, it is sufficient to report them at check-out)
  • Agreement on the check-out time
  • Acknowledgement of the guidelines for the proper use and maintenance of the apartment
  • Awareness of and compliance with the condominium pool regulations (if accessible)
  • Proper management of waste separation
  • Meter readings for long-term stays

The apartment is delivered in optimal cleaning conditions, and guests are kindly asked to maintain it with the same level of care. In respect of the quiet residential environment, parties or gatherings with more than 6 people are not permitted.

For longer stays, a cleaning service is available upon request and for an additional fee, to be arranged at check-in.

CHECK OUT
  • Check-out takes place at the previously agreed time. During this phase, a document confirming the end of the stay will be signed by both parties.
  • The final settlement of utility costs, if applicable, will be carried out, and any written feedback may be collected to help improve the service.
  • Before departure, a brief inspection of the apartment will be conducted to verify its condition and to check for any forgotten items.
